APPLICATION FORM
Application forms are available from this link: alternatively by email from the Auditions' Administrator.. Forms should be completed and returned to the Auditions' Administrator with the audition fee (cheques payable to London Studio Centre), one recent passport sized photograph and one full length photograph in practice clothes. The candidate's name must be clearly printed on the back of the photographs. The medical form does not need to be signed by the applicant's doctor at this stage. The audition fee is non-refundable.
The application is not submissable by e-mail or by fax - it requires you to incorporate photographs and a registration fee! Please read it carefully and submit all pages to us for consideration.
