COURSE INFORMATION
Open classes in ballet, contemporary dance, jazz dance (including street dance), tap, singing, voice technique/acting and drama, plus some additional specialist classes.
These classes are for children aged 14+ and adults:
- optionally as supplemental training for those currently studying on the LSC Saturday Associate Programme;
- who wish to further secure training and/or as an introduction to a range of additional dance styles and techniques.
- who wish to attend casually/recreationally
Maximum class size 20 (Singing – maximum 10 students)
For those studying at other schools, permission must be sought from their current teacher(s) before applying.
Tights and leotard, or an all-in-one would be appropriate for most classes but generally this can be discussed with the teacher at your first class.

TIMETABLE
These classes run Monday to Friday from 6:30pm.
The programme runs over 3 x 10 week terms, starting in Autumn, Spring and Summer respectively.
KEY TO CLASSES
Level 1 – assumes little or no experience
Level 2 – assumes at least one year’s experience or possibly students returning after a break in training
Level 3 – graduate/professional level – acceptance at tutor’s discretion
RAD/BBO/ISTD – classes are syllabus based & usually form part of a longer-term study, culminating in examinations at each level, at the discretion of the relevant tutor.
Some classes are for LSC students on a full-time course only. Outside participants are permitted to register on the understanding that the classes may be withdrawn at any time.

5% discount for students registered for 2 different classes per term
10% discount for students registered for 3 or more different classes per term
25% discount for LSC Graduates from full-time courses and students enrolled on the Saturday One Year Associate Programme
For students who do not wish to enrol for a term and prefer to attend casually, the single class rate applies.
* Single/trial classes are only by prior arrangement – fees must be paid in advance for subsequent classes attended
All discounts can only be applied to full term fees paid by the deadlines shown in the timetable for each term (fees paid after those dates will be charged at full rate)
If you have prepaid for a term of 10 classes, but are unable to attend some of those classes, no money can be returned for the missed classes, nor can they be used as “credit” towards the next term’s fees. However, it may be possible to make-up the missed classes – please contact Heather Walker.
