EVENING (RECREATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL) CLASSES,
Evening and Saturday ClassesThese classes are for students interested in the performing arts, either recreationally or vocationally, aspiring performers and dance teachers. For those who attend regularly, they can form a modular programme, enabling students to develop or improve their level and qualification in a variety of techniques and syllabi. The aim of the programme is to provide an in-reach facility whereby the students attending may share in the expertise and facilities of the London Studio Centre, enhancing their talents and appreciation of the performing arts. Who's it for:
Student acceptance is at the discretion of the class tutors. Students studying at other schools must gain the permission of their current teacher(s) before applying. The Evening and Saturday classes run as 3 terms per year, 10 classes per term, fees payable in advance. Please see the timetable, and complete information on term dates is available here as a PDF. As a general rule, students participating in the evening programme should be at least 14 years old, although there may be some exceptions for some of the society ballet classes (RAD or Cecchetti). Please call if you're not sure. Note that LSC graduates are eligible to participate in the evening programme at a 25% discount. If youd like to register for one or more classes, please return a completed registration form, along with a cheque payable to the London Studio Centre for the appropriate amount. For more information or to arrange a trial class (single class rates apply), please telephone Heather Walker on 020 7837 7741 or email us at
