Indeed many are still actively involved in the professional theatre, ensuring that they are fully aware of changing trends and techniques. The staff are chosen not only for their artistic background and teaching experience but also for their ability to communicate with young people; providing a secure and stable environment in which the students can develop their own creative abilities. Staff are encouraged to communicate with the students, on an individual basis, about their progress on the course, making them constantly aware of their development. The Studio is fortunate to have a united staff of such high calibre working closely together to produce the performers of the future. Their professional relationship with directors, choreographers and agents enables them to offer helpful advice to students about to embark on a professional career.
